Zwilling’s 7″ Diplome Fillet Knife is made for filleting fish, skinning tomatoes and other precise cutting jobs. The blades are constructed with FC61 steel that retains sharpness and are long, slim and flexible.

The ergonomic plastic handle is permanently bonded to the blade with 3 rivets. Its symmetrical cutting edge can be used with right and left handed use. Recommended for handwashing only.
