An iconic piece of Italian design, this elegant freestanding ashtray was designed by the Castiglioni brothers for Zanotta in 1957. A perfect example of functionality and material experimentation, characteristic of the renowned Milanese designers’ style. In amazing condition, this ashtray has probably never been used and comes with it’s original warranty label, it is signed on the bottom. Made of black enameled metal, the ashtray stands out for its essential shape and pivoting mechanism, designed to contain ashes and reduce odor dispersion. Its intelligent and minimalist design makes it not only a practical object but also a timeless decorative piece, suitable for both modern and vintage-inspired spaces.
