This lighter isan unfired engine turned lighter that has been handled outside of the box. It has some very light scratches that can only been seen from certain angles. Hinge is tight. Insert correct. Inside of this lighter is absolutely pristine. It’s basically NOS that has been removed from original box.

This is just waiting to be engraved with someone’s initials. would be a great “new” 43 year old every day user.
