This pretty tripod pedestal table from the Bow Wood series published by Steiner dates from the 1950s. The small coffee table has soft and light, refined and very modern lines. Its trilobed top is in varnished wood, supported by a curved ash base, typical of the publisher. Remarkable pedestal table or coffee table, this vintage piece is a real gem!
The tripod base of the table is made of solid ash, heat-curved. The color is soft and clear, protected by an original varnish. The coffee table has a free-form trefoil top in laminated beech. The platter’s veneer has small gaps and stains, visible in the photo. The table is however in good condition.
