: Early 20th century vintage educational butchering chart – Czechoslovakian . School poster from the Czech Republic of a cow, the different meat cuts and other parts of the animal. Signed ‘Benes’ though we cannot find trace of the artist. The rigid card backed chart is fixed on split wooden dowels. See photographs below to see condition of poster. In excellent condition for its age with the print still reflecting life like colours. These beautiful illustrative charts were widely used in schools and universities before the development of screens and projectors.
