Glass artist Torben Jrgensen was associated with Holmegaard for more than 25 years.
He was very fascinated by a throwing technique that was discovered in the 1930s. It is a technique that exploits the natural abilities and dynamics of glass: A glowing lump of glass solidifies as it is thrown out in a rapidly swirling form.
