Blier at the Stdelsche Kunstinsitut, in 1900 he exhibited two works at the second exhibition of the best artists in Frankfurt. from 1900 to 1903, he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels then returned to Germany. In 1904, he returned to Frankfurt where he had a workshop from 1914. He was also a member of the Jewish cultural association of Frankfurt in 1933.
