Large vintage bell shaped glass pendant made from clear glass with sandblasted stripe decor. It is mounted with a copper hat and a long brass tube for the wire.
We suppose it’s from ca 1920s or 1930s and from Central Europe, maybe Germany.
The style is influenced by Art Deco and the German Bauhaus.
It would look great in an entrance and in a room where the sculptural shape of the lamp can be admired. We recommend to use bulbs with a warm glow.
The lamp comes in very good vintage condition. It has a small glass chip at the inner bottom rim. Otherwise no chips, cracks or repairs. The wire has been changed by a former owner.
There is no canopy included.
