The VP1 lamp, also known as the Flowerpot, was designed by the Danish designer Verner Panton in 1968. The FlowerPot lamp is inspired by the “Flower Power” revolution of the 60s and 70s.
The diameter of the upper sphere is exactly twice as large as the lower one, which not only provides perfect balance, but also soft, glare-free light. The elegant and timeless form of the lamp has given it the status of a design icon.

The lamps are in good condition, traces of use visible in the photos.
This is the 1st original edition of the lamps manufactured by Louis Poulsen. The lamps are made of enamel. They are much better quality than modern production.
The lamp has been thoroughly cleaned, the cable has been replaced with a new, braided one. A new, metal canopy is included with the lamp.
