About this item This model is often called the Bauhaus lamp. It was designed in 1923 by Carl Jucker and Wilhelm Wagenfeld. In 1967 Carl Jucker finally found a company that could produce it. That company was Imago PD Italy. These were the first models that were produced and are more rare. They are different than the later models produced by Tecnolumen. The light stands on a massive glass foot. The cord goes trough a plastic transparant tube. They are both marked in the metal ring. Unfortunately one glass lamp shade was broken, and has been glued. Both lights have been checked and are in good working condition. They can be switched on with a pulling cord. Carl Jacob Jucker
