Plaid Silk / Poly Taffeta – Green Primary Meterage

A deadstock silk/poly shantung in a green and primary colours colourway. This lightweight fabric has been woven in a plain weave with a fine warp and silk weft creating a crisp, lustrous fabric with naturally occurring lines and slubs throughout. These lines are a natural behaviour of the silk fibre and are not deemed as a flaw. The yarn-dyed check is made up of stripes in red, black, yellow, blue, white, with bolder stripes of green. A non-stretch, papery fabric with a crisp drape.
